The Grosvenor Rd project involved a complete landscaping transformation, starting with excavation to level the backyard as per the client’s request. The goal was to reduce the amount of grass for easier maintenance while creating a large paved area for the client's children to play ball sports. The varying terrain was structured with a retaining wall and garden bed stairs, adding both functionality and visual interest. A new outdoor decking and pergola were built to enhance the home’s entertainment space, while the front yard was linked to the back via a new paved pathway and garden beds, featuring a clean, crisp white aesthetic that mirrors the backyard design.
